Creating a spin-off of AMC’s sensational The Walking Dead is no small feat, and it requires a lot of ingredients to pull off. The cast of characters has to be equally complex and diverse as their TWD counterparts, the setting has to fresh and interesting, and narrative arcs have to be something viewers haven’t already seen in the spin-off’s predecessor. If “Pilot” was any indication, Fear the Walking Dead will cover all these bases.

Review: Lara Croft: Relic Run
Anyone who's played games such as Temple Run and Sonic Dash will be instantly familiar with the main gameplay conceit behind Lara Croft Relic Run - run and don't stop - but what this game does so well is that it takes the core gameplay mechanic behind so many other titles and, ehem, runs with it.
Lara Croft Relic Run isn't just a licensed property cash-grab. It is a fun, meaningful, free-to-play entry in the Tomb Raider franchise, which, frankly, is long overdue.

News: Lara Croft Gets an Endless Runner
Square Enix released Lara Croft Relic Run yesterday, a free-to-play endless runner with a Tomb Raider twist.
The mobile game sees the titular heroine running, jumping, swinging, diving and shooting her path through different corners of the world, collecting coins, relics and upgrades á la Temple Run. Unlike its endless runner predecessors, Lara Croft Relic Run has multiple maps to choose from, which open the further players progress through the game.

Marvel's Agent Carter: "A Sin to Err" Review
It’s clear after this week’s episode that the momentum is
building towards Leviathan’s endgame. "A Sin to Err" saw some pretty
big developments for Peggy and the S.S.R. with some fun action scenes and
entertaining twists.
I was really satisfied with one of the early scenes in this
episode where Peggy tries to get information out of Dr. Ivechnko before being
scolded by Chief Dooley. It stood to show that sexism isn’t just an undertone
in this show – it’s a central theme. Peggy’s mistreatment in the workplace has
been subtle enough that it hasn’t overshadowed the looming threat of Leviathan,
but overt enough that, towards the end of the season, I think viewers can
expect a huge payoff.
Marvel's Agent Carter: "The Iron Ceiling" Review
Marvel’s Agent Carter sends Peggy to Russia in an episode that
smartly connects the series with the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). A
great team-up between Peggy and Lieutenant Thompson not only brings some
welcome depth to the duo’s relationship, but also forces Peggy to face gender
inequality in the workplace head-on.
In last week’s episode, Peggy
discovered that Howard Stark was keeping secrets from her, and with her secret
mission to clear Stark’s name on pause, Peggy finally decides to address the
discrimination she has been subjected to by agents of the S.S.R. It was so much
fun to see Peggy decode the Leviathan encryption in front of Dooley and
Thompson, but their yeah-so-what expressions came as no surprise. Of course Peggy won’t get off that easy!
Marvel's Agent Carter: "The Blitzkrieg Button" Review
Howard Stark returned to shake things up in this week’s episode of Marvel’s Agent Carter as the S.S.R. inch closer to the truth behind the elusive organization, Leviathan.
Carter and Jarvis infiltrate a train yard to find Howard
Stark smuggled into the country in an appropriately lavish train cart. Stark
needs Peggy to recover one of his inventions, the titular Blitzkrieg Button,
from the S.S.R., but it became obvious pretty quickly that both he and Jarvis
were withholding information. This created some nice tension for the episode as
well as some internal conflict for Peggy. With Captain America out of the
picture, Peggy is led to believe that Stark is the only person who believes in
her. Setting up the plot so that this foundation was shaken was a clever move;
breaking her down will allow her to build herself back up.

The Flash: "Revenge of the Rogues" Review
This week’s episode of The
Flash had a lot of expectations to live up to. In the mid-season finale,
Barry came face to face with Reverse-Flash, and in the teen romance department,
finally told Iris that he has feelings for her. These events left Barry in an
interesting place in this week’s episode, which succeeded in moving these plots
forward while bringing back a fan-favorite villain from the first half of the
season.

Marvel's Agent Carter: "Bridge and Tunnel" Review
“Bridge and Tunnel” is the second part of the
two-part series premiere of Marvel’s Agent
Carter. You can read my review for the first episode here.
The seeds for Peggy Carter’s character arc this
season were planted in the murder of her roommate, Colleen, in the first
episode. It’s so heartbreaking to see someone
